Overview:

Pinnacle Home Realty offers a flexible home purchase plan designed to help you own your property with manageable monthly payments over five years.

How It Works:

1. Property Pricing:  
   A house valued at ₦100 million will be sold for ₦120 million, exclusive of its commission and legal fees.

2. Initial Deposit:  
   You make an upfront deposit of 50% of the selling price, which is ₦60 million.

3. Outstanding Balance:  
   Pinnacle Home Realty will cover the remaining ₦60 million difference upfront.

4. Monthly Payments: 
   You will repay the ₦60 million balance in 40 equal monthly installments of ₦1.5 million (₦60 million ÷ 40 months).

5. Ownership: 
   Upon full payment of the monthly installments (within 40 months), you will own the property outright.

6. Default and Interest: 
   - Any late payment will attract a 10% interest rate on the overdue amount.  
   - Failure to make payments for three consecutive months will result in termination of the sale agreement.

7. Termination and Refund:
   - In the event of termination due to default, Pinnacle Home Realty reserves the right to repossess and sell the property.  
   - Your initial 50% deposit of ₦60 million will be refunded.  
   - However, all monthly payments made as rent will be forfeited.

Refund: 
  Your initial 50% deposit will be refunded on termination  
  All monthly payments made as rent are non-refundable
